MEDITATION |
|
A meditation means to be witness of our inner one or inner thy. In another meaning meditation means just watching everything with full awareness which includes your thoughts , motions , breath , nature , and your day to day activities. Meditation means to watch the origin of thoughts, but I call it's a state of awareness. Sleep and meditation are not different from each other, but has a great difference. Sleep is a state of where, we are unaware of everything & we flow with our dreams wherever they go we follow them, But in meditation we sleep, But with a full awareness, with a full consciousness. In meditation we don't go anywhere with our dreams, but we watch or witness that from where these dreams are coming and where they are going. In meditation we witness of that we are just a media of somebody else. We watch that we are not doing anything, but we are obeying something ,we also witness the origin of our thought, we also witness the great sound of nature ,which is called a state of soundlessness. In meditation we can see ourselves & we get this knowledge of ourselves what we are , why we are and where we have to go? " Tao Of Long Life " has nothing to do with ' Moksha ' (free from death and birth). Our only aim is to provide a better lifestyle with free from depression and high profile of eternity pleasant life and laughing personality to the mankind by which they learn how to make a clean world without war, ego, jealousy etc. Our teaching are how to live in today's life , how to enjoy every moment of your valuable life in politics ,fighting with each other , feeling jealousy. we also teach how to love your surroundings , your neighbors ,how to love beautiful creation of 'this world'.
